The Rails can be mounted and removed with a 5 mm Allen wrench in about 90 seconds. The ski height ranges from fully extended which is flush with the ground to fully retracted. When the skis are fully retracted you can ride without the skis coming into contact with the ground regardless of the terrain. Shock air pressure can also be adjusted via common shock pump. (picture 6) Shock pressure determines the amount of weight required to move the ski.... Most people find that 45 PSI is the right amount of pressure for most conditions. See more
