We had a great sculling clinic over the weekend at SNRC. Learned a ton of stuff and now we are excited to put all this new found knowledge into action! Ended the session with a crazy 12 boat sprint race down the South Course. Lot's of fun had by all. Big thanks to Purcerverance Coach Development for helping us decipher our speed curves and identify improvement opportunities. Also big thanks to Mary Rao for organizing this. Great session!
