The Ladies Relief Society of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints SE Ward Calgary held a donation day in the parking lot of their building. Soap for Hope is proud to be one of the 6 recipients fortunate to receive donations. We received shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, diapers, feminine hygiene, combs, brushes, baby items, etc. These items with be donated to the many shelters and programs we serve in Calgary. Thank you to all of the participants, your work helps so many people in need. It takes a community to help a community. <3

What a great evening it was to see 100 Airdrie Men Who Give A Damn support such great work happening in our community. Congratulations to Airdrie Lioness Club - Airdrie Lioness Club Hamper Foundation on winning the vote and $11,000. Kiwanis Airdrie and Soap for Hope YYC both received money from the live auction the group held. It was a WIN for everyone.
