Mallory V. Powell is SOAR Psychological Services newest team member. She is bi-lingual and specializes in assessments and therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults. *****Mallory is currently accepting new referrals for PsychoEducational Assessments. ****** PsychoEducational assessments can identify learning challenges in students of all ages, from age four through to adult, and help identify and diagnose Learning Disabilities, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other... challenges that may affect a student’s learning potential. PsychoEducational assessments help uncover the underlying causes of a student’s academic or behavioral issues by developing a plan for solving any potential problems. It does this by identifying areas of strength and weakness in a student’s learning profile and provides a deeper understanding of a student’s educational abilities. With this new information provided through the assessment, recommendations are made to best meet each student’s needs by better understanding their strengths and challenges.
