Our roast level are quite different from other roasters. Our Dark roast would be compared to others Medium roast. We recommend Farmer Collective and Imperialist Noir to try first. Our single estate coffee tend to be on the lighter roast. Our drip filter light roast will be very light, for those who like the more fruit notes. Our roast level is very distinct from light to dark.

Espresso brewing parameters. We recommend 18g dose, 42-44g output, 25-27 seconds brew time, 195F. Once you get that setting, use the temperature as the final adjustment. If too much acidity, decrease the temperature, temperature can be as low as 190F.
