Tip of the week: If you use the same browser all the time and all of a sudden discover that something you have always been able to do won't work anymore, I recommend you try changing your browser for that one specific thing. You can always go back to your old browser once you solve your problem.

So I find this interesting. Baloo & Henry receive on average over 100,000 likes per post on Instagram! To me they are evidence that 1. Take the best picture possible is an absolute must for posting. (Note that B&H’s owner is a photographer) and 2. Brand your business with a pet. Take the pet to work, shows, meetings etc. Your pet is your best salesperson .... salescat? salesdog? Salesbird? regardless of your product.

How to manage millennial's? I see this as a question often in the workplace today. I work with one organization that is putting a "millennial strategy" into place. I am fascinated by the subject as I have two sons entering the work world. I have researched this subject to add value to the managers in my workplace and my theory is simple. ... Follow what Facebook does. When the young member of your team does something, anything 1. Like it - gold stars, pat on the back, employee of the month. 2. Comment - tell them why you "like" it. Share your thoughts, praise them, haul them into your office and tell them you "like" whatever they have achieved or done 3. Share it - tell others, announce it at a meeting, send them an email of acknowledgement. Do these 3 simple steps for their big and their small accomplishments. Often. Regularly. Facebook has already tested this theory for you and clearly.... it works.
