Prince Edward County is such a beautiful place to visit and unwind. The last thing people want to worry about on vacation is dealing with the bottle return - and understandably so! Which got us thinking, "what can we do to help lighten our clients load while doing something for the community?" So we have decided to take on the messy job of returning the empties - and for a good cause. As a former hospice volunteer, hospice is dear to my heart, ALL proceeds from the returns w...ill be donated to @hospiceprinceedwardofficial If you would like to contribute in our efforts you can get your guests (or your household) to set their empties aside in a clear recycling bag, separate from other recycling , we will take them when we clean for you. We plan to put the money aside and at the end of the season will tally the total and give you all an update on the proceeds donated. Thank you!

Hygge What is Hygge? Hygge, pronounced hue-gah, is not something that can be summarized in just one word or sentence. Some would say its a way of living. A mindset. A perspective. Focusing on simple pleasures and taking time to cultivate more of them in your life. Its when you give your body, mind and spirit a rest to enjoy the good things in life.... . You can bring Hygge into your cleaning repertoire. Changing the way you think about cleaning is all in your approach. By adding feel-good ideas to your routine, you can transform your thoughts. Here are some ways to implement Hygge in your cleaning routine. 1. SMELL Having a delicious-smelling house will give you happy memories associated with cleaning. Use products that are organic and have wonderful scents using essential oils. 2. LISTEN Listen to uplifting music, motivational and inspiring podcasts. As you clean out your closets, look for things you can donate to those who are less fortunate than you and feel good about having the means to do so. 5. INVITE Plan a fun gathering at your home complete with board games and a pot luck menu. There’s nothing like the threat of company that will motivate you to make your home in tip-top condition. If you want to get the most bang for your buck, take a look at these suggestions.... . . This helps ensure we spend the majority of our time cleaning, not organizing your house. Also, decluttering before we come means items are less likely to be misplaced during a cleaning. . . If your pets don't handle unfamiliar people well, it may be a good idea to secure them in a crate, garage or room thats not going to be cleaned. . . Giving your home a quick inspection for any broken or damaged items as well as putting any private, important documents away. . . Hello We are the faces behind the clean team. I'm Robin, on the right and I'm in charge of all the social media and housecleaning. My other half, Dave, takes care of the other half -the lawn and house maintenance. We've combined our forces, teaching one another what we know about our jobs, to become one fierce team. We've recently moved to Picton from Peterborough. (Just like an intuitive predicted!)... Robin is originally from Bobcaygeon and Dave, from Fenelon Falls. We think Prince Edward County is the perfect place to raise my two daughters. In our spare time we are always trying to experience new things and take new adventures. Backpacking. Hiking. Road trips. New foods. Vermicomposting. Kombucha brewing. We both LOVE horror movies. We both LOVE coffee (too much). Before these jobs I worked as a Postpartum Doula and Dave worked in construction. I am also an End of Life Doula and was the host of Peterboroughs Death Cafe for a year and a half, before moving to Picton. We thrive when learning and experiencing new things and want to experience the most in our finite time here. We love what we do! Every day we look forward to getting to our jobs and being there for our clients. We are always learning and striving to do the best we can, going above and beyond, for our clients. We offer residential Lawn Maintenance! Book us for weekly or bi weekly lawn maintenance. Packages starting at $40 a week. Pick a day of the week that works best for you and we will take care of it so you can spend the time to enjoy the summer. Weekly lawn care includes (but is not limited to) lawn cutting, trimming, blowing off walkways and sidewalks and clean up. Message us for a quote!

We have updated our cleaning protocol to align with canada.ca, WHO and the CDCs guidelines! To align with both the guidelines and our own values we will continue to clean and disinfect using simple, effective solutions, as always. While we are very excited to be able to get back on track, there’s a few things we will be doing to keep you and your family safe.... We will continue to closely monitor our cleaning team’s health. We understand this policy and know how serious it is. We love our customer family and want to make sure everyone is well protected and safe. We will wear face masks and gloves. We have always used freshly laundered and sanitized supplies so that germs to do not spread between homes. We will continue to do this and raise the bar even higher to ensure the safety of our clients and us. We will be ensuring that all cleaning equipment and their attachments are sanitized in between home appointments. The vehicles used for transport will be wiped down inside using disinfectant between appointments. We will continue to follow safe social distancing measures. We understand that allowing us into your home is a big deal. Please know that we will be doing everything in our power to keep you, your loved ones and your home safe. As we continue on this journey together and learn more about the Coronavirus, we will refine and update our procedures in accordance with our government regulations. We welcome all feedback as it helps us in growing and serving our customers better.
