#softcrete rolled out the Red Carpet for this incredibly beautiful property found in the heart of Scarborough. It was a scorcher for the 2 days we worked on this install. Almost 300 linear feet for a double border and 1200 sqft on the pool deck itself for this massive concrete pool. The old concrete was estimated to be approximately 50 years old and was showing signs of wear and tear. We were able to use complimentary colours to bring it back to its glory for many many y...ears to come. Now the homeowners can live like movie stars and walk the red carpet everyday!! Colours were Charcoal border with a splash of Rustic Red and the main area was Rustic Red with a splash of Charcoal. We've brought the Caribbean to this beautiful Markham property which boasts a Tiki Bar theme. So the Beach Sand mix was the natural choice to use to cover the old weathered concrete, interlocking stone and wood such as the small deck this backyard had off to the side. We were also able to cover an area that was prepped for us using gravel, to create another useable space between the pool deck and sheds. SOFTCRETE is ideal in the use of covering different materials.... This beautiful Belleville property had a very unique backyard space. With house on 3 sides it boasted an 1800sqft patio and pool deck. They had a Softcrete rubber collar installed around the pool approximately 10years ago and it was now time to have the rest of the backyard done. The existing concrete was weathered and tired looking compared to their Softcrete rubber so continuing with the same quality product was a no brainer. Now they will be able to enjoy the ent...ire area with a non slip surface which will also be easier on their feet. The colour installed is our Beach Sand mix. It blended nicely with the existing colour which was discontinued years ago.
