This is a time of the year when I like to make Solberry Seabuckthorn foliage chocolates. My new addition to this autumn collection is a color that I extracted from tomato skin - a beautiful coral. My foliage creation is a creamy dark chocolate filled with Seabuckthorn, Wild Blueberries, Saskatoons and Concord Grapes - all locally grown. All colors I extracted from fruits and vegetables.
