This year I decided to organize a holiday drive and have care packages put together and donate them to @durhamyouthservices. #TakeYouWithMeTuesday I had quite the busy day today so I thought I’d document and share it with you guys! Today was filled with meetings after meetings! At one point I had two at the same time, phew ! By the afternoon, I started working on my vision board and my marketing presentation. I then ended off the day doorknocking and dropping off Halloween goodies around my neighbourhood! (with a face mask and safety measures of course)

MARKET UPDATE Are we in a sellers market you ask? Well, in the last couple months, the property prices in the Durham region have increased! Our sales grew tremendously in comparison to last years stats with a total of 1,492 properties sold in the month of September alone! Compared to last years statistics, it states that there was just shy of a 20% increase of the average selling price. PLUS the average days on the market was as low as 12 days, INSANE! ...
