What a weird market! A collective 21 years at this, and Mark and I have never seen anything like this. Some homes are flying off the shelves, some are sitting. Same marketing, same systems, different areas. Essentially we are seeing demand that is not consistent across the board. Some areas are performing like a balanced or even sellers market (though still impacted by how buyers have been thinking for the last few years), and other areas are still solidly in the buyers marke...t category. Inventory levels are impacting that for sure, but some places there seems to be no rhyme or reason. It’s fascinating. Regardless, we’ve been busy. And we wanted to take a hot minute to say thank you. We know the last few months (that to many felt like years rolled into months) have been challenging in ways and that there are new challenges presenting (*cough* back to school *cough*), and yet you have continued to support us and allow us to support you.
