What is more fun then kids yoga.... that's right Halloween Kids Yoga. Only my favorite time of the year. Today's class we used our monster finger to do a skeleton hand breath, we carefully took a Halloween pose card from the snapping monster hands, played freeze dance to our spooky poses and finished it off by using our breath to move the pumpkin ball around in our hoop.
