Join Us June 7th! It will be one year on June 7th since the Ford Conservatives won last years provincial election. The wide range of attacks on workers, public ...services and communities in Ontario has provoked the formation of broad alliances and solidarity campaigns to resist those unacceptable developments. On June 7th in Ottawa, actions are being organized under the banner of the Ontario Federation of Labour's the Power of Many campaign, and many local organizers have collaborated to bring together a broad range of support from teachers and students, environmentalists, health care workers and advocates, university professors and post secondary students organizations, workers rights campaigners, anti- poverty groups and several public sector unions. The Ottawa Health Coalition will gather at the fountain at Confederation Park ( Laurier and Elgin) at 4:15 PM and then do a short march with our banner to The Ontario Court of Justice to join the rally at 5pm.
