Four Nations Coalition of Indigenous Medicine are collaborating with the Pain B.C Society to present this FREE series of classes geared toward Indigenous people living with chronic pain. Participants will be learning about where pain comes from and how to shift our relationship to it using Traditional Indigenous Medicines and Ways of Knowing. If a person has been dealing with a painful condition for three months or more, it is considered chronic. Participants do not need to be status Indigenous in order to participate in the program. This is an adult program for 18 yrs and up. All genders welcome.
