This is what my workspace is looking like these days. At 9:00 these days I put on my teaching hat and tackle grade one with my little. Homeschool was not something that I EVER thought I would do let alone LOVE....but here we are. In the minutes she is busy with her work I turn to my work and do what needs to be done. My job, the one I chose and the most important holds the greatest title...Mom. I am that first and then I get to step into my entrepreneurial shoes.... Where have I been?? You guys, this summer was something. I just closed down my sweet little seasonal shop and find myself sitting now wondering how summer is over. It seems like it flew right by, like a simple exhale, just gone. I continued to do this work you guys and I will continue. This work is an honour and I have said it before but really, it is so so sacred to me. ... So now, we are officially into fall a new season and as we look back at the past season......what was your favourite? Fav day? Event? Memory? Sum up your summer in emojis...how was it?? Mine....

How are you spending your time? I find myself getting caught up and expending energy in places that is not worthy of my time. In a space right now where I find myself appreciating time in a different way than I ever have. I find a deeper connection with those in my life and in the projects I choose to take on. Oh how I love the summer sunshine!!! When the humidity makes your work near impossible, you take a break, enjoy the time and think of it as a sign that you need to get outside!! What are you doing outside this weekend?? Happy Friday sweet ones!!! Have a wonderful weekend!!

The rain feels so right today. A day to slow down, open the windows, light a candle and just be. My body is feeling the urge to head out and run in the rain. I find it to be such a special connective time and there really is nothing like feeling the raindrops on your face....like small angel kisses.
