Up at 5:00am today anticipating the arrival of this truckload of goodies. Big shout out to Wyatt and everyone at Blu’s Northern Logistics, Tom Fenton for his expertise with unloading, my family and peeps back home for condensing and delivery, all of my vendors for their patience, and most of all, THANK YOU to our customers that made this all possible. We are open for business!

The Solo Equipment office is now officially open for the 2020 season! It was an amazing 22 hour drive but we made it just in time to begin the 14 days of isolation. One of our amazing customers has opened their house for us to spend our isolation time in. I have dubbed it Pepto Bismal Manor!

One of our great customers in the Yukon is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Technician to work this season in their 5-6 person fly-in camp. If you or someone you know is looking for an awesome adventure let us know. Would be responsible for repair and maintenance on all equipment on site including dozers, excavators, generators, sluice plant, etc. Service truck provided but arrangements for tool delivery is available.

We know their steak is great because that is where I get the rib eyes I bring to your camps in the fall. I am heading out to check on the Aluminum office in BC for a couple weeks. Don’t worry, there is better network coverage on the lake than in my home office. I will be more than happy to take care of your needs while enjoying some tranquility and a cold one.

Tickets will be sold to the highest bidder at today’s fundraiser in Calgary. Solo Equipment Products (Scott) is off to Ireland to check on the European headquarters. Office will be open in some Local public house from 10:00-16:00 MST Please email/text any needs or for just proof of life.

One of our favourite customers in Dawson City is currently looking for an apprentice/licensed H/D or Ag mechanic. If you are or know of someone looking for a rewarding adventure to the Yukon, send a PM and we will get you in touch. Candidates must be willing to work hard, think on their feet, and be a good fit with the whole crew. Two week probation period is mandatory because working in the Yukon isn’t for everyone.
