Our online classes !:) Be sure to sign in 5 minutes early and wait in the "waiting room". Your instructor will then let everyone into the main class room on time. ... Once she does this, the class is automatically locked to prevent anyone who isn't welcome from entering. Tips to be online live! - use a laptop, iPad or tablet. ( cell phones do work, but they tend to freeze up and are too small to see anything) - Its always best to be directly plugged into your either network. If your using wifi, you can have bad reception and your internet may drop you from time to time. - You can also use blue tooth ear buds/headphones to hear your instructor perfectly! Connect the blue tooth to the device your using. - connect to your tv and use a bigger screen by either using a HDMI cord from your laptop to your tv. OR try blue toothing from your device to your TV. See you in class !

Adult Flexibility, Mobility and strengthening 4 x week session. FOUR spots left! Starting Jan 14th to Feb 6th Register online www.solsticestudio.ca This class is for everyone who wants to work on improving their flexibility, mobility and joint strength. This is also a great class to compliment people who are active in other sports. ... Requirements: Everyone who is taking this class must be able to go from standing to seated on the floor and back up to standing with no assistance. We supply: Thera bands, (7 feet ) Extender blocks, (2 each) Lacrosse balls, (1 each) Mats, and peanut rollers. (1 each) You are welcome to bring your own. Wear comfortable easy to move in clothing. Wear or bring socks for when do do movements on the floor where we are sliding our feet. And bring water. Have any questions?
