As we gradually return to the studio for massage therapy appointments, it is important to note below policies when you enter Soma Collective Health for your appointment. Wear your mask throughout your entire visit. We’ll be wearing one too. Use hand sanitizer or wash your hands thoroughly when you arrive.... Limit time in common areas & bring all belongings into treatment room (shoes too!). Practice social distancing (2 m apart) when possible. Reschedule / cancel your appointment if you are experiencing any Covid 19 symptoms. Please also know that we have increased the time between appointments to ensure that we operate as safely as possible. It is important that massage therapy treatment should only take place when the anticipated benefits outweigh the risks to both the client and the RMT. Know that it is okay to continue the postponement of your treatment at this time. Your comfort takes precedence. Online booking is again available to book an appointment. Remember that there is always a wait-list if you do not see an appointment time that works for you. You may have heard by now, that Regulated Health Professionals are able to *gradually* resume services. As you can imagine, reopening for appointments comes with a long list of requirements to ensure that we are operating as safely as possible. Some of these requirements will include the use of PPE; additional literature and health forms for screening of clients scheduling appointments; increased time between appointments to to allow for intense cleaning and sanitizing meas...ures, as well as to control the flow of people in common areas. Navigating these procedures will take some time. At this time we are not open for business as usual, but there is promise that we will resume soon! We are missing our studio space so much!! (Although we do pop in to visit & water the plants!) . Massage treatments are still suspended, as mandated by the Ontario Government. . We are reaching out to clients (week by week) to reschedule any upcoming appointments this week and next. ... .
