Something from Nothing

Due to climate change, farmers are warning that vegetable, fruit, beef and select seafood is going to jump in price this winter. Start preparing now. Save all your vegetable skins and freeze them. Then use them to make veggie, chicken, beef or fish stock. Save your bones also (it's best to use ones that have not touched a persons mouth). Save them all and freeze. If you want to know how to make stock and how to can, let me know. It's very easy but does take some time.
