As fun as it is serious, like attending business school in Hawaii. Wonderfully cloudy and so beautifully perfumed with daisies, dandelions, wax and honey. Forward grassy notes move through to lychee fruit, obvious fermentation and a subtle nuttiness suggestive of lees stirring or oak aging. A reminder of why I love wine!
