Song of Tao

Earth > Child Heart "Anybody who isn't like a child, will not be able to enter heaven". These are the words of Jesus.... When we were children, we knew materials like stones or toys also had a heart. We knew (pure faith) that The One really exists. We felt responsible for other's unhappiness. We were living not in a material world, but in the heart world. And we were un-protected and sad. We were in touch with ‘the pain of others’. Why not deal with Tao Sangha As the Child, you were once before? There is no problem to be responsible for it. There is no problem with calculating merit or demerit for oneself. In our world, as humans grow, little by little, they start to learn how to deal with society. As they learn how to deal with society, They lose the Child's heart condition to go to heaven, as Jesus had said. Or the condition to deal with Tao Sangha purely. with pure faith. Without a Child ‘s Heart, one deals with Tao Sangha with the calculation: "Which part is good for me? Which part will I get merit from?" The time until you lost your Child Heart, Was the peak of your spiritual growth. What you learned after that was only "how to deal with society", it has nothing to do with your spiritual growth. It doesn't mean that there is no need to learn "how to deal with society", but to tell the truth, your spirit can only grow with a Child’s Heart. And with a Child’s Heart, Tao Shiatsu method can reach the bottom, meridians can be treated without any problem. This is simply because there is no calculation inside. Only concentration, only being responsible, only being serious, joyful, and full of curiosity.

Earth <1> The Ultimate Heart True heart is hidden in the deepest level of our hearts. And it is such a tough job to discover and awaken it. Many people die with this heart asleep and hidden.... Our true life only starts at the moment when our heart is awakened. 1st level - What do we recognize in our hearts when we look at it? The life sensation of our body is what's happening every moment. It is changing every moment and it is happening in the whole body at the same time. Therefore we will never recognize it with our daily consciousness Which is too busy using our head. And that is the reason why we are so blind to what's happening in our hearts. 2nd level When you try to recognize inside of the 1st level, this whole body sensation, You will find there are so many pooled and held-back feelings at the bottom; sadness, loneliness, emptiness, desperation, alone-ness, fear, anger, aggression. 3rd level What are anger and aggression? It is the desperation of not being understood, that you want to be loved. What is sadness? It is the pain of not being cared for enough. What is fear? Fear to be thrown away, as a non-valuable existence. Look at all these feelings. Look at what is inside of these feelings. It is "crying". No words but just crying. Yes, we are crying in the heart, all the time. 4th What is this crying? What feeling is inside of this? It is a strong, strong wish, that you don't want anybody to feel such pain. 5th Underneath this, there is such a strong feeling or wish, that you painfully want to give all the people, peace, pleasure, love, care, happiness, and riches, whatever is good and nice. And this is the true heart of yourself, the true purpose of your living, the real meaning of why you were born, your mission. And you will realize that all the sad, painful experiences in the past Are there to awaken your mission, the true reason why you were born.

Metal <4> Love entering (Enter into Love) There is a saying from ancient China: "Merit has no isolation" This means that a person who helps others will not be isolated.... Merit doesn't mean something special. For example, a dog will try to be around a person who likes dogs, because they feel it. Humans are the same. Everybody likes people who like them. Therefore, why not let your liking, loving, Ki come out to everybody? So in a relationship, just try to be in the state of "I like this person" Before thinking if you are liked by that person. Then you ‘win the game’, And the "Ki of liking will touch the other's chest. One of the things that most amazes me is "What a paradoxical thing this is!" The arrangement of The One is a "Like feeling" mechanism. It's because a person will respond to "like" with "like", But the Ki of wanting to be liked is "bothersome" For the person who will be asked to like them. Usually, there is a psychological mechanism creating the illusion that Asking for love from a person is the same as feeling love for that person" This is simply because especially between a man and a woman, There is no other starting point other than "asking to be loved". This means the starting point of "asking love is love" is an illusion. Thus to shift from this illusion, one needs to make a big effort. It is almost as big as when overcoming a trauma. It's such a strict practice. So, in this work, it's easy to make a mistake, not extending "Liking Ki", But, extending Ki of "asking to be liked". You have to hold yourself not to extend "asking to be liked" Ki, with a sense of humor, laughing at your own stupidity. Extend the Ki of "like" from your chest line of the heart, and make oneness with the heart of others. Accept others in your hara, so that you can let yourself enter into other's hara as well. But the best expression of "like", is the most necessary thing for anybody to live, It Is self-recognition as important for the existence of others. So, it could be said that to increase the ‘self-importance’ feeling It is the best expression of "like". However, it usually isn’t easy for people to give to others, That which they themselves want and need. Indeed, the most wonderful present for another person, Is to keep the other person's self-important feeling. Without hesitation, without stinginess. To wish to have an existence, continuously giving the ‘self-important’ feeling, First to whoever is around, and next, to anybody and everybody.

Metal > Respond Realization as Reflection of Heart (OU-NEN-SOKU-GEN) According to the Mahayana sutra, The Pure Land is the place of "OU-NEN-SOKU-GEN". It means, in the Pure Land, the reality is realized... By responding to the heart at the same time. Actually, the mechanism of this human world is the same. The only difference is, compared to Pure Land, this world takes some amount of time for it to be realized. Therefore, anything either good or bad will appear, by responding to the heart. In some way, this is such a scary reality. The Universe was built with such action and reaction of the heart and reality. And this is called the law of the Karmic relation of the Universe. If you realize your wish, you have received the Ki of this "OU-NEN-SOKU-GEN" from The One. Just as a meridian is a medium of body and heart, Ki has to be a medium of reality and the heart to be realized. This fact, which the system of the Universe was built on, is "OU-NEN-SOKU-GEN". What is the meaning of this? The "OU-NEN-SOKU-GEN" is the heart and wish of The One, Meaning your wish is the wish of The One. This is such a grateful fact.

Metal <2> Turning heaven / Shifting the World (Kaiten) This means changing life, situations, and the world In a positive way, by changing Ki by heart. Zen Master Dogen said: "Kind words have the power to turn the heavens".... What can create positive changes? It is from the expectation or certain feelings of the future, that positive changes will happen. And at the base of that, there is trust that everything will be okay by The One's care. Kaiten is the Pleasure and Gratitude to The One, Which makes positive changes. It includes the humor, laughing at our stupid self, that has some objection towards that. And with this heart, the Ki of Kaiten will be born, this can change a life, destiny, and the World. Life sometimes seems good and sometimes seems bad. It is a good opportunity to practice Kaiten, especially when life seems bad. It could be not too much to say that all happenings in life are prepared for the Practice of Kaiten.
