Single lane alternating traffic open on West Coast Rd.

The fire department has responded to 11 emergencies since 11:30 p.m....... the power is out in several areas of town. We are asking residents to stay home and stay in place and to stay away from all the power lines that are down.

West Coast Rd is blocked towards Otter Point with multiple trees down and utility poles broken. Department Operation Centre Is active prioritizing emergency calls.

High winds and multiple trees and hydro wires down. The Fire Department is active with many calls. Please stay clear of hydro wires. Further updates to follow.
