Mama said that self care is essential for my mental well being. So I took off the pj I've been wearing for the last week, threw on my favorite sweats and hit the trails. Just wish mama had followed her own advice and changed out of her PJs... Geeezzz

I've heard stories of what happens when you're the first to fall asleep at a slumber party. Trying so hard to stay awake but Jaspurr's constant purring is putting me to zzzzzzz
