So much changed and transformed for many of us in 2020 and embracing the world of online clutter coaching has helped me to reach more clients safely. ... Happy Winter Solstice - December 21, 2020 I have long awaited this day. A day of introspection, reflection, meditation and setting new intentions. Oh hey, in case you didn't know it yet, I came out of the spiritual closet over a year ago and well, today, I'm all about the "Woo"! Who's with me?... Here's what I'm carving out my day for: Meditation - by the time you're reading this post, I've meditated a few times already today. Don't have all day? I'm sure you can carve out 2 minutes of stillness. Journalling - setting time for stillness and reflection is imperative to personal growth. I'll be honest....I haven't journaled much this year AND that's ok! This changes TODAY. Releasing old patterns & setting new intentions - asking my SOUL what I need to know allows my human self to figure out what old patterns aren't serving me (oh, procrastination, buh-bye!) and what new intentions will serve the greater good (hey, maybe a new group clutter coaching program in 2021?). Drinking lots of water - did you know that water is an excellent conductor of energy? We are energy bodies! Fill'er up, friends! Fill your body with water so that the energy of this new solstice can flow and transmute through your body. This will mean you'll pee a lot today and that's GREAT! Think of it as a DECLUTTERING of what no longer serves you. Pee it out, baby! Some of you may have heard that today also marks the Grand Conjunction of the planets Saturn and Jupiter coming into the age of Aquarius. This is a once-in-200 years event. Literally, once in our lifetime. SO...it's a big freakin' deal, IMO. We are moving out of the era of Materialism and into the era of Awakened Consciousness. It's quite "WOO", I know.
