Day #30 of 30 Radical Self Acceptance - How can YOU Love Yourself today! Wow the 30 days seemed to fly by. It was such a beautiful day I started off meditating ...and listening to Abraham as I organized my room them I challenged myself to 50 laps in the pool. Had a nice hot relaxing bath. And then I went kayaking on the grand with my puppy and a friend. Enjoyed a nice BBQ and then a movie while playing cards. Now I am crawling into bed to read and sleep. It was a full day of self love and I am ready for a good night's sleep. Post and let me know what you did on this beautiful day to lo e yourself?

Day#29 Radical Self Acceptance - How can YOU Love Yourself today! Today there was several moments. Social distancing with a good friend that I haven't seen sinc...e covid. Surprising a coworker with some homemade treats for her birthday. Making someone feel special lights me up. I 've learned in life to seek out and do the things that light me up as often as possible. When you do that your in flow rather than resistance and life is so much more enjoyable. Send me a post and let me know how you loved yourself today? Happy weekend!

Wow day #28 Radical Self Acceptance - How can YOU Love Yourself today! With long days at work and only a few hours to do stuff before I go to bed. Day after day... can become daunting and the day can pass me by and seem like just another day and nothing good transpired. So I reflect and look for how I loved myself today. I had a reputation of being hard on myself right from childhood, especially if I made a mistake. Well today I got flustered because I had the wrong time in my head and messed up coordinating things. When I realized my error it was to late to fix. At 1st, old feelings of an old pattern started to arise. But I chose to love myself today by acknowledging I made a mistake and I am note perfect and that is OK. It doesn't mean I am a bad person or don't have integrity or good work ethic. So tell me where did you love yourself today?

Day #27 Radical Self Acceptance - How can YOU Love Yourself today!? I loved myself today by savoring the synchronicity of this moment. For those of you who don'...t know since my mom has passed the butterfly has been a symbol of her and when I see one I know she is with me. Well this morning I was thinking about her as I was driving to work and that I am turn the age she past, in November. And I was just feeling greatful for my health. Then I get to work and a guy walks in and says here pick one for your mask if you like them. Guess what it was? A sticker of a butterfly! Thank you for showing up today Mom.
