Something WONDERFUL & NEW is happening this coming October! For a LIMITED time! One single word covers it all.....wrapped up in love and coziness to the extreme max.....enveloping you in TWO whole hours of bliss.....and taking some of it back home with you in a gift bag!... Now is the time to up your game with healthy eating but you can make it yummy! I just cooked up cabbage, organic carrot which is sweeter by the way, rainbow carrot, turnip, red potato, sweet potato, green and yellow beans. After cooking it I save the juice and freeze it for my next soup or stew to add the nutrients and flavour. I add for protein whatever I have on hand. Today it was leftover roast beef. If I don't have any meat I will add a couple of fried eggs and or a handful of shredded cheese. Add a dollop of butter and salt and pepper just for good measure. It's absolutely delicious and something I look forward to eating. It sustains me for at least 4 hours. What are you doing to up your game of health these days?

A lot of people can't reach their feet. If you find yourself stuck inside and healing or protecting then give yourself a beautiful therapeutic treatment and self-care with hand reflexology as you sit and watch something calming. Look for the areas on the map lower in this page for your throat and lung area especially. Giving yourself some back work down your thumb is incredibly relaxing as well. I'm all for small.businesses. always have been.. always will be. I'm continuing to work as long as possible to help my clients with their ongoing challenges and boosting their immune system. With our news feeds and all of the talk with one another it is hard to get away from the subject at hand. Remember to sit quietly and relax. Pray....meditate and do not live in fear. This too shall pass. It is time to take a mind break and watch and or read things that are positive and uplifting. This is what I have on my television screen at the moment.
