Welcome Eagle as the Power Animal for 2021. From the Aves (vertebras with wings), Eagle, a symbol of hope is bestowed to us by Source Creator to lend us fearlessness, courage, and strength during these transformative times. Thank you Tiger for giving us these same qualities last year. Obviously, we needed them then and still do. A messenger, like all the other creatures with wings, Eagle carries our messages to the heavens and returns with spiritual insights to guide us. A sa...cred symbol to the North American native cultures, Eagle is called Great Spirit and is the subject of many teachings. It's an emblem used by many countries to signify power and authority. Eagle helps carry our Soul home. Not only a symbol of hope but of healing and vision, Eagle is here to help move us beyond the obvious. With the ability to have a broad and hopeful perspective, we can look to this new year as one of healing and spiritual vision. With eyes almost the size of humans, Eagle sees ultraviolet light and well in the dark. We can draw unto this strength to help us navigate through the unknown territory we are now in. We are asked to adopt a higher perspective, and to look to the infinite nature of life for guidance and assistance. We’re to keep our eyes on what it is we want to create in order to come out victorious and free. From a higher vantage point, we’re able to perceive the bigger picture and act accordingly. Thought by many people as having a rather weak voice for a mighty creature, the familiar screeching sound is only vocalized by Eagle as a warning or announcement. This teaches us the importance of being mindful of how we express ourself. Our voice and words are powerful creative tools that must be used wisely. Astute, bold, and intelligent, this majestic bird reminds us to be still and keenly observant so we may know when to coast and glide or soar. Managing our energy will help keep us in harmony with our environment despite what may be happening on the grandeur scale. Keeping a higher outlook while remaining aware is the wise Eagle way With greater vision comes solutions that would otherwise never be conceived. Eagle is required to keep its long wing span balanced. We are thus reminded to stay balanced. Ease comes when we are balanced. Being too one-sided leads to difficulty in reaching our high potential. Eagle is here to help us ascend to a higher life. We can reach greater heights if we, like Eagle, are willing to let go and trust in the unseen benevolent energy all around us.
