Over the last five years of working on my own healing and using spirit's guidance to help others with their journey, I have noticed a significant emphasis on th...e environment we create to support our healing. This was especially highlighted for me when looking at forgiveness. The more I focused on wanting to forgive, the more of a struggle it seemed to be for me. When I focused instead on creating an environment where forgiveness thrives, it happened naturally. In my most recent blog I share with you a visual Spirit guided me through on how to create an environment that supports your healing and growth. I feel this can be applied to many areas of our life and what we are currently facing in the world right now. If you are feeling a lot of fear and unknown with the state of the world and your environment, you could write "peace" as your goal in the center and work your way through the steps with that idea in mind.
