I’m really excited to share that Soulful Holistics will be offering these heartfelt Reiki Courses!!! Reiki Level I: Self-Healing on a Physical Level and Reiki Level Two: Becoming the Practitioner are now open for registration!!!!!! When: Saturday November 23 - 9:30am-5:30pm... Sunday November 24th - 9:30am-5:30pm Where: 214-3001 Tutt Street Kelowna, BC V1Y2H4 Cost: Level 1: $250 Level 2: $300 If enrolled in both courses at the same time a savings of $50 will be deducted from the total cost for a total of $500. Please send an email to [email protected] with any questions or with confirmation that you are ready to begin your healing journey with Reiki energy by November 8th, 2019. This along with a small deposit will secure your spot in these transformational courses. These courses will run again Spring of 2020 should this timing not be the best at this moment!

I’m so excited that I can feel it in my bones!!!!!!!! Off I go for my last in person training to become a certified Children’s Yoga instructor!!!! This is my last in person training towards my 500 hour RYT! Three more online courses and voila!! I’m looking forward to incorporating this training into my work as a therapist and creating programs to help reduce anxiety, grief and help people flow more efficiently! It really is all about the FLOW!

As I pack for another adventure to Vancouver I can’t help but burst with gratitude! Every teacher training I have attended I become even more full of love, devotion and acceptance for the here and now of my life. I am grateful that I am able to enhance my journey on this earth and in turn bring this into my work with my clients and soon to be students. Let the adventure of Kundalini yoga begin!!!!

Awareness is the first step to helping overcome burnout. As an empath working as a front line Social Worker I struggled with burnout regularly.
