It's an exciting New Year! 2020 was so challenging for us all. We had to find positive ways to deal with isolation and fear. We learned to create community in new and different ways. Many had to redefine how they do business and what purpose and profit meant. Some key insights for me in the past year have been: Connect to your bigger purpose in life. Your work, business, and the rewards will flow effortlessly. Passionate people attract success. Choose passion over profit. ...Be kind and inclusive. Find value in every situation. This is a divisive time. Honour your opinions and feelings, and do not expect anyone else to share them. A simple "I hear you" will suffice. Don't be afraid to change lanes if the road is not taking you in the direction you want to go. Be fearless in seeking new horizons. Lean into the learning curve. Techonolgy has kept us together when Covid tore us apart. Technology changes fast. It is often confusing and feels counterproductive. Staying on top of what's working now is only half the battle. Discovering what's up and coming and leveraging that knowledge is the key to an exceptional year, personally and professionally. I am embracing technology and learning to create opportunities for my community to learn with me. Celebrate each and every success. Acknowledging yourself and others. Reward success! Doing so keeps everyone motivated. Mark those mini-milestones with celebrations and recognition. Have a virtual get together. My choice "Chocolate & a Movie" Add, don't subtract. As challenging as times were personally for us individually it was even more so for the collective. Gratitude is the attitude. Namaste and blessings for the best year ever.

Although I studied arch types years ago, in a workshop with Caroline Myss, I didn't see my arch type was a primary driver in my life. It is so interesting, decades later, to see how much my perspective and reality has changed, and how difficult it was to choose some of the answers in the quiz. I liked them all and wanted to be a generalist and choose them all. Life is not like that you have to make choices. Turned out it was spot on for where I AM. I Am a Healer. I am so inspired by the election of Kamala Harris in the USA, against all odds. This is a pivotal moment in the worlds history of feminine power and energy. When one woman rises, we all Rise! When a woman of multicultural heritage and education spanning two powerful countries, ours and the USA rises, it is testimony of a people’s desire to embrace change. ... This is a new age for the evolution and elevation of feminine consciousness to create cooperation and healing on every level, whether as a political leader in a country divided, an educator, a mom, a sister, an artist, a healer, a personal or business coach, an entrepreneur, or simply a women open to listening, learning, and love. It is no accident that this is also happening at at time of celestial energy convergence. Thank you Medicine Woman Moon! Let’s lean in and share, the transforming energy of cooperative education. We know, grow, flow, and glow as we RISE together!
