This weeks Torah Portion Ki -Teitzeh teaches us to go out and wage war with our enemies! The moral is to capture its captives. Our biggest enemy is not our worldly opposition! It is our own personal enemy! Our evil inclination! Don’t let your enemy even get a foothold through the door! Use your evil inclination to serve our G-D and then we will have succeeded in Conquering our enemy!

This week's Torah Portion is; Re'eh "See" which teaches us that Today G-d sets before us Blessing and Curse. If you do not hearken to the commandments of Hashem, your G-d and You stray from the path that G-d commands You Today, to follow G-ds of others that You did not know. You will be punished. The concept of crying out to G-d establishes the very principle that G-d takes notice of our situation and it is through G-d that things improve if we obey and deteriorate if we d...is-obey. We must not think that things happen by chance, as it is written if you walk with me in the way of chance, if you think that the heavenly punishments are mere coincidence, G-d will add to you with this aledged coincidence even more troublesome things. For the belief that these troublesome events are mere accidents, causes people's persistence in the things that are wrongdoings and prevents them from turning away from them. This poses a question? It seems to contradict the principle that nothing evil decents from Above. Midrash answers this question: Re'eh See! i have set before You Today Blessing and curse. As of this day evil and Good come of themselves. Evil comes to those who do evil and Good comes from those who do Good. Everything happens by Devine providence. The almights has set the order in such a way that we ourselves bring about to ourselves through our behaviour what happens to us and we are responsible for all and any consequences and have nobody to blame but ourselvelves. G-d is our shade just as the shadow immitates and follows the person so is G-d compared to your shadow. As man acts, G-d reacts. Not only has G-d set 2 paths before us Life and death , Blessing and curse, G-d is dealing with us beyond the measure of Justice, with Mercy , therefore do Choose Life. Our destiny is in our own hands through our Freedom of Choice. G-d did not give Israel the Blessings and the curses to harm and to hurt us but only to make us aware of the Good path we should choose, only to benefit us. . See Re'eh Today! the here and now when the punishment occurs they do appear as a harmful curse. The purpose is to correct us to teach us a lesson. Once we come to our senses and repent of our evil ways, then we shall realize that it was all Kindness and Blessing: Like unpleasant medicine that Cures and Heals. This Weeks Torah Wisdom: Eikev which translates to the heel of a human foot. Our heel of our foot has the least feeling if we injure it. The Torah teaches us to be as careful with an easy commandment as a hard one because you do not know the reward that G -D has to bless you with for keeping it. We cannot safely choose the ordinances G-D has revealed to us because our very life purpose can hang on the smallest commandment that we are taking for granted or ignoring. They are all G -Ds commandments therefore they all matter to G-D. www.soulmates.net

This weeks Torah portion: vaetchanan: teaches us about Moses and how he pleaded of G-d 515 times that he be allowed into Israel as a gratuitous gift. G-d did not grant Moses his request. Moses was the humblest of all men and he knew that if someone had his gifts and talents he could do even better than him. he had no sense of entitlement. when we trust in the lord with all our heart and all our soul and all our might... we will be joyous in the outcome every time... inspired by torah on the line 905 731 7777

this weeks Torah wisdom: DEVARIM: these are the words which Moses spoke to all of Israel on the far side of Jordan in the desert... in this portion, Moses fulfills the following commandment of the Torah... when seeing that someone committed a sin or goes in a way that is not good, one must bring him back to goodness... and make him aware that he is wronging himself by his evil deeds... You shall surely rebuke your fellowman... if he accepts this rebuke ... it is well... ...if not he must be rebuked again and again... whoever is in a position to protest and prevent wrongdoing, and fails to do so is himself responsible and seazed for that wrongdoing... this reflects our mutual responsibility for eachother... speak to an offender gently and respectfully ... it is forbidden to embaress him in public... Moses’s motive was not to criticize and punish but to correct and improve on his fellow creatures... pure Ahavat Israel... love of Israel... www.soulmates.net See more

This Weeks Torah Meditation: Matot teaches us the laws about vows. This is the word that G -D commanded. Moses is the superior prophet of Israel because he is the only prophet that G-D knew face to face. G -D tests our sincerity that if ever there should arise a prophet who performs miraculous Signs and wonders and then suggests to violate any part of Torah; that would be the proof that he is a false prophet. Now it is up to us to be deceived by illusionary temptation or remain steadfast in our pursuit and commitment to truth and absolute reality. This is the word that G -D has Commanded.

this weeks Torah meditation is: CHUKAT is about G-D’S commandments to the nation of Israel: we are commanded to do first and then to listen... we may not ever understand the reason for some of the commandments in this world: but in the world to come it will all be revealed to us...

"Korach" is this weeks Torah meditation: The priest of Midian was ahead of himself. He concluded that the whole nation of Israel are all high priest. It is true that the nation of Israel are all high priest. Cohen’s.but it was not yet G-d's time to reveal this concept. Korach ‘s argument was not for the sake of heaven but for his own personal gain. Korach wanted to be the leader of the nation of Israel . instead of Moses and Aaron That was korach’s downfall

This week's Torah wisdom: Shelach: talks about Moses's instruction from G-D to direct the Hebrews into the Holy land. They went and they came back with a ghastly report, that the land is occupied by giants and that that if we stay there we will all be consumed. Only Joshua and Caleb came back with a good report that the land of milk and honey was given to us by G-D and that we have nothing to fear. The lesson to be learned is that when we lack faith in G-D and his instructions to follow his commandments we see ourselves as grasshoppers, small and weak, but when we trust in G-D with all our hearts and follow his instruction we are a nation that stands on the shoulder of Giants.

Last weeks Torah wisdom is: Naso teaches us that G-d instructed Moses at Sinai to take a census. To count every single Hebrew not by number but by Head or by name. This shows us how the Nation of Israel is so precious to Hashem that each and everyone of us is the world and everything in it and not just a number.
