Well, yesterday Vladimir and I cleaned up, cleared and officially closed the studio. Unfortunately, it seems like we made the right decision given the current COVID restrictions with possibly more to come. We cannot thank you enough for your support and belief in our mission, "Yoga is not about how you look in class, it's about HOW YOU FEEL after a class". We really wanted to bring yoga to the East end, our home neighborhood. Perhaps in the near future we will be able to do this. Hey yogis! Checking in as we wind down to a holiday weekend! Monday morning MEE yoga at 8:30 is happening. See you in studio nor on Zoom!

We are sad to announce our physical space is closing September 30th. Please join us for classes until then (only 6 students per class inside the studio). We are online and WILL continue to be virtual.

Just a reminder when scheduling classes, make sure you choose the appropriate one. There are 2 classes listed for the same time, 1 in studio, 1 on Zoom (except Wednesday evening). Space is limited!
