Happy New Year beautiful human I am not one for resolutions, but I am choosing to set an intention for the year... the word that keeps coming to me for 2021 is EXPANSION! To expand into the uncomfortable, the unknown and to grow in all areas.... I invite you to bring your resolution or your intention to class this Tuesday evening, to breathe/expand into it and through any resistance that stands in the way of you and your resolution and/or intention.
