Many people struggle at this time of year. Energy is low, our mental health takes a hit, we crave the sunshine and fresh air. We have actually had a fairly mild winter, so far, but some of us are still feeling the winter blues. So, what can we do about it? Get outside when you can. Just breathing in the fresh air improves my mood. If you are house bound, turn on some happy music, grab your high vibe crystals and meditate with them or create a high vibrational crystal grid and place it in your living room.

For months now, I've been avoiding/limiting time on my personal social media pages; but I come on daily to post on Soul Stones. Social media can be an invaluable tool; but, it can also be the cruelest toxic waste land....it's disheartening to see the vitriol and anger on people's posts. Whether it's politics, covid related, climate change, people seem to feed off the divisiveness. The good news is that we get to choose what we feed into. I'm choosing to stay positive, be kind and show compassion.
