Happy Monday! Thank you SO much for all of your FANTASTIC suggestions!! I would love to cook for you every night this week...however, this week is gonna FLY by! So here's what's coming up this week:... Taco Tuesday!! Deconstructed tacos with soft tortilla shells (**GF egg wraps are available for all my GF friends!), sour cream, grated cheddar, salsa, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and salsa! YUM! This meal is 12.00 pp or 4 for 40.00. Thursday we're going to go with Dragon Bowls! These included sliced chicken breast, red cabbage, avocado, matchstick carrots, sliced peppers, scallions, garlic and cilantro served on a bed of fragrant coconut rice withan amazing cilantro lime aioli. 13.50 pp or 4 for 44.00. PLUS!! We've receive a number of donations, so if you know of a family that needs a little Christmas spirit brought their way, please DM me your local nominees! We've had 4 turkey dinners donated, and also 4 boxes of Christmas baking! I will contact you later today if your nominee is chosen ! Thank you ALL for making Okotoks AMAZING!!

Hey Everyone! Well, I got carried away with Christmas baking.... the smell of cinnamon and nutmeg is in vocative....memories and years gone past :) This week I am offering dinner just TWO DAYS!! Happy Saturday! It's almost That Time!! Here is a quick repost of my Christmas Dinner:) : Sugar Catering is pleased to offer a DELICIOUS and traditional Christmas Dinner menu for delivery, and it will be available between December 22-23 for delivery. It will come cold and packed in foil containers and you will just pop it in the oven for 40 minutes to warm it up! No dishes, no chaotic kitchen, just a beautiful family feast that you can actually sit down and enjoy! This is... what I am offering: Oven roasted turkey (packed in jus) traditional stuffing delicious, savoury gravy cranberry sauce creamy garlic and herb mashed potatoes peaches and cream kernel corn brown sugar glazed carrots fresh brioche your choice of dessert: candy cane cheesecake, fresh gingerbread with orange scented cream cheese frosting or classic pumpkin pie. The cost is 23.95 pp plus gst, and delivery is included Please book before December 18 to reserve your spot! Thank you and let's make this a wonderful and festive Christmas for all!

Here's what's on the menu for Friday - I have two offerings:) Pan seared chicken breast, stuffed with cream cheese and bacon, served with roasted potatoes and house salad for 13.50 pp or 4 for 45.00... ....or....
