To all my amazing clients out there who have expressed concern for my closed booking schedule don’t worry, my family and I are doing just fine; I am grateful for your concern and the many emails and messages checking in. I am busy right now with other priorities in life as well as sneaking a bit of a break in there too . Thank you for your understanding. Also, to those wonderful souls who are concerned I have not been posting much lately, don’t you worry either. I am still... here and still very much in alignment to my usual guidance and teachings. I just made a promise to myself a few months back that the next big writing project to officially leave my desk will be my 3rd book, Mastering your SOULworks. So, once again I thank you for your patience while I work at putting the final touches on my latest publication. In the mean time, the store is certainly open. I have never been a New Year's Resolution kind of gal, but I have always honored the cycles of time and the opportunity to create change and momentum in one's life. For myself, I am adding a new element to my path this year; a more steady and consistent focus on my health and well-being. I've done a lot of spiritual work over the years, gained strength and trust in our divine connection to all things and higher potential. My next mission is to turn that focus towards embodyin...g that innate wisdom held within. In other words, to fully live my life and trust in the higher potential of my own SOULworks. When venturing down our own path, it does not mean we have to go through changes alone. I find that we can always align to the right people, places, and opportunities as we catapult our life into the next level. For myself, I have added more personal care and motivation to my lifestyle which has also lead me down the unexpected path of becoming an independent sales rep for Zyia Active. After all, when you come across a company who's mission statement includes empowerment words like Light, Uplift, Activity, and Community you can't help but get excited about the potential. I admitted defeat over the whole snow shoveling thing about an hour ago. I was on my third trip out to face the heaps of white stuff when I gave in and asked my guides to send help. I didn't particularly care how it arrived, but please send help. Ten minutes later while I'm still knee deep in snow, a man pulls up in my parking lot with a skid steer going to take a quick lunch break next door. I smile, give a friendly wave and continue on because clearly he is a busy man. Howe...ver, as he came back outside he offered to clear what was left of my sidewalk. Using his lunch break after days and nights of clearing parking lots he just jumped right in and with no intention of taking no for an answer (although, let's be honest, I was much too grateful to decline). He was a good reminder today. The world is chalked full of so many good, decent people with kind hearts and that neighbourly perspective to help out when needed. A shout out today to all those who continue to put in extra hours to dig us out from under this snow. It may seem like a thankless job, but I assure you that to many of us you are like angels sent from above. All my thanks. - Lauren

Well, we are starting to make progress here at SOULworks. The parking lot is cleaned out although I still have many hours of shoveling to clear the sidewalk. I am open today now that I finally got the door open, lol. You will find me in the store taking a break or outside shoveling. Thank you to the awesome clients who rescheduled today's sessions.
