Discover how daily overuse and levels of tension may be exacerbating problem areas. Learn how unbalanced muscular tension (rigging lines) leads to compression, decrease in joint spa...ce, the loss of range of motion and ultimately pain. You will complete this workshop with renewed self-awareness, simple self-massage techniques, and newfound movement patterns to help you overcome and self-manage pain and tension in your body. This engaging and experiential workshop will teach you how to reset, recover and reconnect with your body/anatomy.
