Today's market meal creation ! to start a strawberry zambucca soup . local Ontario rack of lamb from @sannoxsheepfarm with a strawberry and cherry ( from @mcleanberryfarm ) white balsamic gastrique. With roasted beats grilled summer squash and grilled garlic scapes . For dessert we have poached pears poached with @kawarthawinery burnt maple ice wine . Garnished with fresh goat cheese from @Crosswindfarm1 and toasted walnuts and served with a glass of @kawarthawinery gold medal winner there elderberry wine . CHEERS :)

We are so excited after 6 months of looking phone calls and research we finally got are hands on 6 beautiful baby organic Ghost Pepper plants :)

The salad is with smoked local trout with fresh berries from @mcleanberryfarm and fresh chevre from @crisswindsfarm1 and elderberry wine vinaigrette from @kawarthawinery

Dinner menu for tonight smoked moose steaks with grilled local asparagus . And home made coconut milk chai and dark choc ice cream :)

Mmm fresh strawberries are allready here from the Niagara region! And the asparagus is awesome
