Winter Creek Pottery Christmas Show and Sale It's a whole new enterprise this year. Hello, Friends of Winter Creek Pottery, We talked about how to do a show safely, but in the end decided it was better not to have two weekends, as we have done before. Instead, we will be open every day from... Nov 9 until Christmas Eve, 10am until 4pm. This should be enough room and time for people to spread out... allowing people to linger and browse without crowding each other. We want to see you! You can even come more than once, if you want, and we will be working hard to keep the shelves full of new items. Muriel will be here most of the time and can help you when she is, but when she isn't there will be clear instructions on how to pay (cheque or cash) and how to record your purchases. Packing materials provided. We will provide hand sanitizer and ask you to bring your own mask and wear it, if you are able, while indoors. Work by current pottery students will be for sale also, as well as Stephanie Saleem's fibre art. We hope you can come, Muriel and Priska November 9 until December 24 from 10 am to 4 pm Winter Creek Pottery - 178 Ross Durrance Rd Driving directions are below - or phone us: 250-652-5434 (Muriel) If you come from Saanich or Victoria take West Saanich Road. At the Red Barn Market turn onto Wallace Drive, then left onto Willis Point Road. Follow for a few km, past Durrance Lake, turn left onto Ross Durrance Rd. Go past the Mount Work and McKenzie Bight Park's parking lot and continue on for 1.6 km for Winter Creek Pottery at #178. From the Trans Canada Highway or from Langford take Millstream Road past Western Speedway / Bear Mountain. When the road forks, take a right turn up Millstream Lake Road. At the three-way-stop take the small road to the left. This road becomes Ross Durrance Rd. Follow on for 4.2km, past Hazlitt Creek Road. Winter Creek Pottery is at #178 at your left.
What a great handle demo, Derek Kasper and Peggy Elmes! Thank you for sharing your expertise! This zoom thing might just be A-okay. If you're on the fence about joining our zoom meetings, give it a try. You won't be disappointed. If you're really unsure, leave yourself on mute and keep your video off. I guarantee you will leave the meeting with a new tip or trick and a smile on your face. A big welcome to our new members, thanks for coming and joining our Zoom meeting this evening.
Can anyone help with identifying the potter?
