The cottage come fully furnished for a family, bedroom 1 comes with a queen bed and bunk bed and bedroom 2 comes with queen bed. Amenities includes wifi, TV, fridge, gas stove, washer and dryer. Water is ground water and septic tank. The house had been professionally refinished both inside and out. Enjoy the play area for the kids, sand pit, fire place and large backyard till the snow hits the ground. Rent is $1,500 all inclusive, require employment letter, references from previous landlord, first and last rent

The sandy shore entry into the lake, along with new interlock patio makes days relaxing by the cottage that much more appealing. The space A 42-inch LG TV is provided in the living room, along with a DVD/VHS, to watch those classics for the kids, adults and seniors.. may movies available for those rainy days. Free WIFI service is included.... Enjoy the beautiful sunsets that Southampton Beach or Port Elgin Beach. A dishwasher is provided for quick clean up. Laundry space is also provided. Other things to note Please note that we do not provide bedding to our guests. Pillows for all rooms are provided, along with mattress protectors. You are responsible to bring your own towels and toiletries.
