An update on registration refunds: Registrations paid by cheque, those cheques were not deposited and were destroyed so there is no refund owing. For cash (in-person) and online registrations, all refunds should be issued based on the list I have here. Please check your accounts as some email transfers were automatically accepted. If you have not received a refund and should have, please email [email protected] with your name, the name of the child(ren) registered an...d how you paid so we can verify and issue a refund. This certainly isn't the way we had hoped to celebrate South Dundas Soccer's 25th season. While those celebrations and our season are deferred until next year, the end of June marks another celebration. This week, Grade 12 students have been celebrating their high school graduations virtually. In that spirit of celebration, the board of the SDSA is pleased to announce this year's recipients of the Jeffrey Buchanan Memorial Bursary for exceptional volunteerism. Since it was e...stablished in 2014 in memory of a long time volunteer with the SDSA, the bursary rewards the top student volunteers each year based on their volunteer hours in the program. Each of the recipients have contributed in different ways to the soccer community here in South Dundas. From coaching to refereeing, operating the canteen to setting up (and cleaning up) the annual tournament. The bursary celebrates student volunteers going above and beyond in their commitment to our soccer community. This year, the SDSA is awarding the bursary to three students: Theo Blancher, Jacob Garlough, and Benjamin Vreman. Thank you again for all the time and effort that you have given to support South Dundas Soccer. Refunds: The first batch of emails that went out to parents was incomplete and I ended up spamming people (sorry again). Refunds will begin this week, with Interac Email Transfers being set to the primary email address contact for the registered player(s). If you are not already set up to automatically receive EFTs, the password chosen will be VERY obvious. Phil
