Feeling stuck?? Unmotivated? Bored? It happens. We all go through stagnant periods of BLAH when staying focused and dedicated is more challenging and just feels HARD. Doing the same things over and over can be exhausting, and so switching things up & trying something different is really important in staying motivated and keeping things fun - especially when it comes to fitness!... If you are looking to shake things up and start a new routine maybe we can help you out - South Huron Fitness Studio is offering Group Classes at 5:15pm! ***Perfect for any individual with previous fitness experience who is bored & unmotivated that doesn't enjoy creating their own workouts or working out alone*** This will be running as a 6 week program starting on Monday, November 9th - Thursday, December 17th. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays @ 5:15pm & every other Saturday morning @ 9am. Each class will have a different work to rest ratio and flow, including warm up and cool down for a total time of 50 minutes! Some classes will be cardio-based & more fast paced- think HIIT but also think FUN, and others will be more focused on resistance training and building strength with functional movements. The 6 week investment is $315 plus tax. There is very limited space so please let us know ASAP if you want to join this program or have any questions. Hey everyone! It's Friday so here is a close up of my face I am looking for 6 people who are interested in a 5:15pm-5:30pm ISH workout class. I'm open to what works for the majority of people!... Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & every other Saturday morning @ 9am in the studio. This is going to be run as a 6 week program starting on Monday, November 9th - Thursday, December 17th. The investment is $315 plus tax. - Mondays will be a cardio-based workout, more fast paced- think HIIT but also think FUN A great sweat to start the week off! - Tuesdays you will see more resistance based and focusing on strength and functional movement - Thursdays will be resistance focused featuring some cardio, challenging & exhausting your muscles for a full body burn - Saturdays will be by request! (Nov. 14th & 28th, Dec. 12th) Each class will have a different work to rest ratio and flow, including warm up and cool down for a total time of 50 minutes!
