Hi everyone. Be advised that the wellness component of our program that is offered by the Niagara Region is suspended until April 6th. However, the Ambulatory Rehab program is still treating patients and accepting new referrals based on regular communication between Public Health and Hotel Dieu Shaver Health and Rehabilitation Centre. Further updates will be provided as necessary in this ongoing situation.

Did you know that the South Niagara Health and Wellness Centre, operated out of the Welland Campus of Niagara College, offers free rehabilitation, wellness prog...rams and community resource connections to help older adults remain safe and independent in their own home. Through a partnership with Niagara Region, Niagara Health, March_of_Dimes, Niagara College Canada, and Community Care Access Centre, the outpatient program promotes mobility, function and independence to empower seniors and families to integrate into their community and manage chronic health conditions. #WeAreHDS A referral to the program is required.
