Happy new year to all our customers and followers! 2020 was anything but average, and we look forward to what’s in store for 2021. It’s only January, and we are already planning ahead for a very busy spring work load. Stay safe, brighter days ahead!

January 2nd; 6 am update; finally snow has arrived!! 6 Cm on the ground Tractors have started their routes. We are still expecting a few more Cm before the system clears out later this morning. ... We will be completing one full pass, and then a cleanup pass after the city plows go by. Please allow for 5-6 hours to complete the route each pass. We will follow up with another update later in the morning. Thanks and have a great day!

Friday January 15th: Just an update on the first significant snow fall of the season. We are looking at 15-20 Cm by the time the system clears out Sunday. Our crews will be working throughout the day Saturday into Sunday with multiple passes.... Please be patient, we will get to everyone. If you don’t have to be out on the roads, stay home. We will be posting another update later tomorrow morning. Thanks everyone, make sure to smile and wave when you see the big green tractors out there!

Update; less than 1 Cm ended up falling and warming temperatures overnight. We will not be clearing any driveways overnight. Have a safe and happy new year! ... We expect some snow this weekend. Updates to follow.

December 30th; Good morning, we are currently monitoring the snowfall today. We’re expecting up to 5 Cm once it clears out later this evening. Because this is a small snowfall, We are asking our gravel laneway customers to please take this opportunity and pack down the snow in your driveway. Once it freezes we will have a solid base, and lessen the chance of displacing stone. ... We will update again later today, with start times. Thank you and enjoy the day!

December 20th; Good evening all, just an update, Under 3 centimeters has fallen which should all melt by either end of day tomorrow with 2 degrees Celsius combined with sunshine, and going up to plus 5 degrees Celsius on Thursday. Thanks and have a good night!

Recent job, we had to create a drainage swale out to the municipal ditch. Water was pooling inside the garage, due to the foundation built to low. Water won’t be an issue now! Another job done and happy customer!

Small Cottage demolition. Our #cat316 excavator made short work of it. This machine is perfect for a wide range of demolition and land clearing work.

Another project underway in Manotick. New Gravel parking lot and walkway installation. Ready for asphalt in the new year.

If you want to take them down yourself, please place the markers at the side of your garage so they can be seen by our staff. ... We ended up with just shy of 200 Cm of snow this year, which is slightly under average for Ottawa. Thank you to all of our customers for your valued business and our staff for the professionalism and dedication throughout the winter season. March 23; Good morning all, we are expecting a few Cm of snow today into the evening. Some transition to rain is expected in the afternoon, temperatures will dictate. We will update later this afternoon if we are going to be sending out our staff for cleanups. **please note, with the water temperatures gravel laneways not be cleared. ... Thank you!

We continue to monitor all that is going on in our community in regards to the #covid_19 pandemic. For now, Our jobsites continue to operate, so we will continue to remain vigilant and professional through this time of uncertainty. The health and safety of our employees, customers, and the general public are of the utmost importance. ...
