His "ask a friend" role helped Rebel correctly answer a tough question, and go on to win $250,000 for the School of St. Jude in Tanzania. Eight teams of Southridge Students have been nominated for ZoomFest awards this year! ZoomFest is an intensive 48-hour filmmaking competition for teens that took place Oct. 22-24 this year. #Repost @citizensofsouthridge Meet Southridge Senior Jordan Reyes, the first featured student of this year! After influence from his dad, he grew interested in golf and began playing competitively. Currently, he trains at Morgan Creek Golf Course, where he is a natural at putting. A player he looks up to is Tiger Woods. Jordan has some amazing accomplishments such as an impressive handicap of 3.4, and three top five finishes at tournaments!

A big thank you to everyone who tuned into our first ever virtual gala on Saturday! We definitely missed the great energy of connecting with our community in-person! But we’re glad that so many of you (including students, parents, faculty/staff, alumni, and alumni families) were able to watch the ‘live’ show, and participate in the auction and as sponsors! It was another new experience for us that we tried to make the most of under the current circumstances. Hope you enjoyed it!
