Just a friendly reminder to please use the 911 service we do not answer calls from messages sent to us via Facebook messenger. 911 is our dispatch and is a great tool that organizes things for us if we need extra help like police or ambulance etc. while we are answering the call

We would like to thank the community for taking the time to come to our open house to see our new truck and what else we have to help our community when needed.

Just a reminder of our Open House tomorrow from 3-7 we are proud to show off our new truck to the community. We will also provide burgers and hotdogs and Faiths famous donuts oh and cake So come on out and see what we got

Was a good night tonight had a new member and some newer ones that got experience and most important practice on the new truck.

Practice night every Tuesday at 7 pm please come check us out and support your community. We have something shiny and new and red in the bay too !!

The City of Terrace Fire Department’s new highway rescue vehicle has arrived in Terrace and is ready to support the Fire Department in continuing to provide fir...st-class highway rescue services in the region. The City received $500,000 from LNG Canada in support of this new vehicle. Our existing rescue truck has a body built in 1993 and a cab built in 2001, so it was due to be replaced. The generous contribution from LNG Canada has meant that we didn’t have to dip into our capital, at a cost to the taxpayer, to pay for a replacement vehicle, said Dave Jephson, Deputy Fire Chief, who visited Vancouver for final inspection of the truck before it made its way to Terrace over the weekend.
