A little Monday humour

A friendly reminder to please book your appts in advance to ensure we can see you on your chosen day and time. Certain days and time slots are getting especially busy. While we certainly wish we could accommodate all last minute requests, the reality is we currently have a wait list and are booking 2 and 3 weeks out for certain days and times. Monday is currently the only day of the week we have evening hours BUT we have extended our hours and are opening nice and early in t...he mornings to accommodate people before work. We trust that you have all stayed Healthy & Well during the last few months. We are pleased to report that Southwest Pain Relief will be doing a soft reopening of our Dutton and Thamesville offices starting next week. Newbury remains closed for another month. Starting next week, our Dutton office will be open on Mondays. We will adjust this schedule accordingly in following weeks. We will send out correspondence updating you on the Dutton office hours beyond next week - so... please keep an eye out for that. The Thamesville office will be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the next coming weeks. Once again, our hours may change and evolve a little as we navigate this new normal. Couple of Important Points: You can book your appointment online at: SouthwestPainRelief.janeapp.com or by texting or calling. Keep in mind, our Admin support is not fully back to normal, and we will respond to your inquiries as we can. The protocol within our office will be very similar to what we have all been getting used to elsewhere - physical distancing, and stringent hand and equipment sanitization. Due to the small size of our waiting rooms, we encourage patients to not bring others along to your appt unless completely necessary. We also request that you do not arrive any more than 5 minutes prior to your appt time, and do not linger around the waiting room after your appt. We are also mandated to do both active and passive screening of everyone that walks through our doors, as well as keep track of everyone that walks through our doors for illness tracking reasons. Although you are not required by law to wear a face mask while in our office, the MOH is strongly encouraging it. Please note that we do not have masks available for the general public and you are responsible for supplying your own mask. Stay tuned as the full plan for reopening evolves.
