Have you recently been in contact with someone who has tested positive or is waiting results? 4. Have you traveled out of TBDHU area within the last 14days? If you have answered YES to any of these questions PLEASE reschedule your appointment. We have high risk family members that we cannot put at risk. Once the screening process is complete I will have you enter WEARING A MASK and Sanitizing your hands. If you cannot wear a mask please inform me during scheduling your appointment.
