I just want to remind you to open the curtains, a quick tidy up and some sun light can make a huge difference to your mood. The house can get out of control when your life is so busy. Between our every day basic tasks like walking the dog, work, zoom meetings, focusing on your career, shattering that glass ceiling so that the women coming behind you have it better, studying, grocery shopping, cooking not to mention kids... it leaves little time or energy for tidy up becau...se you're exhausted at the end of the day and just want to snuggle up on the couch and watch TV. The famous "I'll do it tomorrow" gets repetitive and all of a sudden the place is a disaster zone. Not to worry. It happens us all. You're not alone. We all get this. Right?
