Some progress pics of one of the Galway houses Im designing! This one is on claddagh! In just under 7 week, this house will be finished! Cant wait to show you the final product!

New Concept: Currently, this room is used as a spare room with enough space for a closet and bed. An office is desperately needed in this house and with multiple spare spaces available for guests, we chose the samples room to transform it into the desired office. My goal is to rip out the closet, create a custom wall built in that fits various hobbies and to make it bright and fun in its color schemes.... What do you think of the proposed concept?

The process: I met with a client a week ago who wants to re-fit their kitchen. The footprint will remain the same and the majority of the cabinets will stay, however we will be removing the pantry, adding in a corner wall unit, getting a new island with more seating and swapping out a couple of their current base cabinets for more functional options! The concept photo showcases a view of the new island, fridge unit and corner unit. The corner unit is meant to display all o...f their fine china and serving dishes. The pantry cabinet works as a hidden coffee station as they are avid coffee drinkers! A pot filler is also included in this feature for their coffee station! We are also changing some of the color scheme by adding a neutral wall color, an accent color in some areas of the new cabinetry and will be selecting new lighting, backsplash, decor and furniture for the space! Spent some time today choosing paint colors for some flooring materials I selected a few weeks ago for a client! These are going in a Galway home!

Check out the before and after of this dining space! Simple changes make a HUGE difference! We added in some new paint colors, furniture and lighting to change up this space! What do You think?

I met with another client tonight who owns the second build in working on in Galway! We finalized the flooring that we are running through the home! Here are a few of the options we chose! What do you think?

Before vs After! We took down the wall between the dining and kitchen (fridge wall) and opened up the area to allow for a larger work space, more storage and an airy feel! We added: New cabinetry (Dream Kitchens and Renovations)... New flooring (Atlantic Home furnishings) New lighting (Wayfair) As well as a new paint color, decor and furniture! We moved the dining further down into the space (not shown) to add an island! What do you think?
